Note: Only ARAS/SFSP sites that are NOT required to enroll participants will use this feature for Meals and Attendance. All ARAS/SFSP sites with closed-enrolled participants will use Record Attendance for Centers.
What is the ARAS/SFSP Feature?

Access the ARAS Feature
If you are a ARAS/SFSP only site that is not required to enroll participants:
- Login to KidKare with the credentials provided by your Sponsor. If you were not provided login credentials, you will need to reach out to your sponsor.
- Under Food Program, Click on Attendance and Meal Count.
If you are a Center with ARAS at the same location that is not required to enroll participants:
- Login to KidKare with the credentials provided by your Sponsor. If you were not provided login credentials, you will need to reach out to your sponsor.
- Under Food Program, Click on Attendance and Meal Count.
- In the drop down provided:
- Choose Regular to mark meals and attendance for your enrolled center participants.
- Choose SFSP/ARAS to enter meal counts for the SFSP/ARAS program participants.
