KidKare for All Users

UPDATED: KidKare has an all-new look! This update does not affect functionality, but you'll notice a fresh user experience. 

eForms (All Users)

FIXED: Parents are able to submit a dot as a signature. We are increasing the number of pixels required for parent signature.

KidKare for Providers

UPDATED: (Accounting) We have added Item Description to the Schedule C Detailed Expenses report.
UPDATED: We have made some updates to the self-transfer messaging for providers with cancelled subscriptions that are 60 days past the removal date. For more information, see Transfer Your Data to an Independent Account.
UPDATED: The instructions in the Transfer My Data pop-up have been updated for greater clarity.
FIXED: (Accounting - ePay) Credit card processing fees are not reflected in Expenses (when the provider has opted to pay credit card processing fees for Stripe).
FIXED: The Scheduled Menus report is printing too light when providers print it in black and white. The report is now generated in black and white again for better legibility when printed.
FIXED: (Accounting - ePay) Incorrect transaction fees are being added to users' Other Schedule C category expenses.

KidKare for Independent Centers

FIXED: Ethnicity is reset when an independent center or center sponsor approves and renews enrollment. This affects the Non Hispanic setting only.
FIXED: The Child Import File is not importing properly. Instead, users receive an Invalid Format error—even though the format appears to be correct.
FIXED: State licenses are appearing in the License drop-down menu when users manually add children to KidKare. This menu should only include the center's licenses.

KidKare for Sponsored Centers

FIXED: Users who do not have View Claim and Submit Claim user permissions can still access the Claims page from the left-hand menu.
FIXED: State licenses are appearing in the License drop-down menu when users manually add children to KidKare. This menu should only include the center's licenses.

KidKare for Sponsors of Centers

FIXED: The filter for Expired and Expiring invitations for the Next 30 Days on the Send Invitations page is not functioning correctly.

FIXED: The Center Name filter on the CX Billing Report is case-sensitive and should not be.
FIXED: Some users cannot access Observer Mode to observer their centers. KidKare keeps kicking them back to the Login page.

KidKare for Independent Centers

UPDATED: We have added a Spanish translation for the error message that displays when a parent provides the incorrect date of birth when completing eForms on-site.
FIXED: When adding foods to the food list, the food name does not save when entered.
FIXED: Payment amounts should be hidden on the Claims and Claim Details page according to center policy.
FIXED: Center staff is able to access the View Receipt and Add Receipt features even when center policy is set to disable them.
FIXED: We have corrected the error message that displays when users sign up for a free trial and enter an email address that is already in-use.
FIXED: The Is This Whole Grain-Rich slider does not retain the user's selection when the user copy's the menu.

KidKare for Sponsored Centers

FIXED: Users are able to reactivate withdrawn children who have an original enrollment date that comes after the current enrollment date.

KidKare for Providers

UPDATED: You can now enter up to 500 characters in the Comments box on the Enter Meal page.
FIXED: (Accounting) We have updated the Spanish version of the Homeowners/Renters Insurance expense category to read as follows: Ejemplos: Los seguros de propietario y inquilino son deducibles, y el seguro hipotecario puede o no ser deducible.
FIXED: (Accounting) We have added Spanish translations for the following expense categories: Furniture/Appliances/Play Equipment/Carptets $2500 or Less, Home Improvement $2500 or Less, and Computer/Printer/Other/Office Equipment $2500 or Less - 100% Bonus Depreciation. We have also added a Spanish translation for the note regarding the 100% bonus depreciation rule.
FIXED: (Accounting) The Other Income report shows the Food Program category as INCOME_CATEGORY_FOOD_PROGRAM.
FIXED: When re-enrolling children via eForms, users are unable to proceed from the meal times section and no error message displays. A message now displays if users input a school depart time that is earlier than the child's drop off time.

KidKare for Sponsors of Centers

FIXED: Centers are able to edit all child information in KidKare, regardless of the setting of policy D.08 (Allow Centers to Enter Key Child Info) in CX. Now, if policy D.08 is set to N, centers cannot edit key child information for existing children (but can still enter key child information for newly enrolled children).
FIXED: When adding foods to the food list, the food name does not save when entered.
FIXED: Centers are still able to access certain menu items the sponsor has disabled in the Center Access settings.

KidKare for Sponsors of Homes

UPDATED: We have moved the HX software downloads, the KidKare Help link, and the HX help link under Get Help in the left-hand menu.
FIXED: Users are unable to save and exit reviews when working in the KidKare Review Tool. The page sits and users must close the tab and log back into KidKare.
FIXED: The Milk description is being cut off when sponsors print scheduled menus in Observer Mode.
FIXED: Some reviews are unable to be completed in KidKare, even though they have signatures.
FIXED: We corrected a typo in the Food and Attendance tab in the KidKare Review Tool.

KidKare for Parents

UPDATED: We have added a Spanish translation for the error message that displays when a parent provides the incorrect date of birth when opening an enrollment form. This applies to parent accounts through independent centers.
