Homes: Accounting

UPDATED: We have added the ability to apply credits to new invoices upon invoice creation.
UPDATED: The Other Income page will now remember the last Date filter the user selected.
FIXED: Some older paid invoices are showing as Pending. These will now show Paid.
FIXED: Users were unable to re-send welcome letters to parents.
FIXED: Related children are not loading to the Participant Account Details page correctly when the page is filtered by Pending status.
FIXED: When users delete cash or check payments, all overpayments and refunds should also be deleted.
FIXED: When a user deletes an invoice payment, the View Invoice page displays a different invoice instead of the invoice on which the user was working previously.
FIXED: When a user records an overpayment, the overpayment confirmation prompt shows the total payment instead of the amount by which the invoice was overpaid.

UPDATED: When creating a new invoice, the participant list is now sorted according to the sort selected in the sprocket on the My Participants page.
UPDATED: The Email box is now optional when adding contacts to the Participant Account Details page.
FIXED: Some Payers are unable to log into KidKare to pay their invoices.
FIXED: Some providers are unable to login, and the following error displays: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
FIXED: Users receive an error when updating parent emails.
FIXED: Users are unable to add contacts to participant accounts when the contact's email address matches the email address saved in the participant's enrollment information.
FIXED: We have restored the ability to enter 0 in the Qty box when creating invoices.
FIXED: Line item notes are not showing on printed invoices.
FIXED: Invoices are sometimes missing from the Invoices list on the Participant Account Details page. This issue does not affect the invoices list on the Income page.

UPDATED: (EasyPay) We have updated the default filters used in Invoices lists on the Invoices page and the Participant Account Details page. These pages will be filtered to show Active children only and invoices for the current quarter by default.

FIXED: Some users are unable to finalize some provider reviews. This has lead to these users entering information multiple times before the review saves.
FIXED: Some HX sponsors are unable to access Observer Mode in KidKare. This item was released 12/7/21.

Parents

FIXED: Some parents are unable to add a new bank account. They keep receiving the following error: Oops, an error occurred communicating with Stripe.

UPDATED: (EasyPay) We have updated the default filters for invoices to the most commonly used filters. The invoices list on the Invoices page and the Account Details page will now default to Current Quarter and child status (orange gear icon) will now default to Active children only.
FIXED: The Estimated Qty Required field on the Daily Menu page is not reflecting the correct measurement type for Fruits recorded for Lunch and Dinner.

Independent Centers

FIXED: Users should not be able to save menus with now foods recorded and a warning stating that No Children Food Have Been Recorded should display.

Homes

UPDATED: Users can now schedule menus for separate infants on the Menu calendar.
FIXED: (Accounting) Deleting cash and check payments from invoices should not create an account credit—the payment should simply be deleted. Note that deleting credit card and ACH payments will still create an account credit.
FIXED: (Accounting) Related participants are not loading correctly for some participants on the Account Details page.
FIXED: (Accounting) Users are unable to add contacts added to participant accounts on the Account Details page when that contact has the same email address in the participant's enrollment information. An error displays instead.
FIXED: (Accounting) Some records on the Other Income page show INCOME_CATEGORYU_FOOD_PROGRAM instead of the proper Food Program category.
