The USDA recently released guidance to states for how to handle distribution of COVID-19 relief funds for child nutrition programs. You can read the full text of the memo here. Reimbursement will be calculated for March, April, May, and June 2020 based off of reference from the same months in 2019.
Note: This article is for independent center users only. If you are a sponsored provider or sponsored center, you do not need to take action at this time, unless otherwise directed by your sponsor.
To access the claim data necessary for reimbursement under the COVID-19 Relief Bill:
- From the menu to the left, click Claims. The View Claims page opens.
- Click the All Months drop-down menu and select the following claim months:
- March 2019
- February 2019
- April 2019
- May 2019
- June 2019
- March 2020
- April 2020
- May 2020
- June 2020
- Compare the numbers in the Claimed column between each year.
Note: If you don't see the Claimed column, click 
and select Claimed.
