In order for parents to use ePay, the parent must be approved for ePay. See the ePay Setup help article for more information.
It can take up to 4 business days to receive an approval and begin accepting payments. The current status of your ePay application can be found in KidKare by going to Home > My Site. Please note that this status is updated when you sign into your KidKare account. To begin accepting payments as soon as possible, we suggest accessing KidKare at least once each day until your application status no longer says "Pending."
When parents use ePay, the money will be deducted within one business day of paying the invoice. Payment could take up to 5 business days to become available in the providers bank account.
The transaction will appear either from "PFI" or "PAY FOR IT.net." The transaction will also show the providers name and business number.
