Welcome to Parachute, an invoicing tool used by your child's care provider to securely collect payments and allow you to sign some important forms online.
- In order to create an account you will receive an email from your provider with a link that will direct you to Parachute
- Fill in your user name and password, then log on!
Update your Preferences
- Click the Settings button in the lower left hand panel
- Navigate to User Settings & Notifications
- Click the Edit button in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Under User Settings you can:
- Select System Language
- Update Password
- Under Notifications you can:
- Disable Notifications if you no longer wish to receive them
- Select your desired notification method: Text, Email or both
- Select which types notifications you would like to receive
- When you're done click Save in the upper right hand corner of the screen
