Getting Started

Welcome to Parachute, an invoicing tool used by your child's care provider to securely collect payments and allow you to sign some important forms online. 

Signing On

  1. In order to create an account you will receive an email from your provider with a link that will direct you to Parachute
  2. Fill in your user name and password, then log on!

Update your Preferences

  1. Click the Settings button in the lower left hand panel 
  2. Navigate to User Settings & Notifications
  3. Click the Edit button in the upper right hand corner of the screen 
  4. Under User Settings you can:
    • Select System Language
    • Update Password
  5. Under Notifications you can:
    • Disable Notifications if you no longer wish to receive them
    • Select your desired notification method: Text, Email or both
    • Select which types notifications you would like to receive
  6. When you're done click Save in the upper right hand corner of the screen
