KidKare for Centers (All)

UPDATED: We added the Daily Transportation Log to KidKare. Users can access this report from the Meals & Attendance category on the Reports page. See Daily Transportation Log for more information.

KidKare for Sponsored Centers

FIXED: (eForms) The Enrollment Expiration field on the View Child page should show in red when the child's enrollment form is expired.
FIXED: Users are unable to record infant menus without milk for the current/past day when sponsor policy allows these menus to be saved.

KidKare for Independent Centers

FIXED: The Site Details page displays an error when some users attempt to save information in the Business Details section.

KidKare for Independent Providers

UPDATED: Independent Providers can now use the enhanced Message Tool. For more information, see Messages.
FIXED: Some users cannot export the Standard Meal Allowance report.

KidKare for Providers

UPDATED: (Accounting) We have added the year to the Invoice Date and Payment Date columns on the Statement of Itemized Payments report.

KidKare for Sponsors of Centers

FIXED: The Message Tool is still showing for sponsors and their centers when Messages is set to no in the Center Access Settings on the Settings page.

New! Temperature Recording

UPDATED: We have added the ability for centers and providers to record and track child temperatures when taking attendance. Note that sponsors must enable this feature for their centers/providers. The Child In/Out Times report (centers and providers) and the Sign In/Out Worksheet (providers) will include fields for temperatures if this feature is enabled. UPDATED: We have added the IEF List report to KidKare for sponsored centers. Users can access this report from the Children category on the Reports page.

KidKare for Providers

FIXED: An error displays when users generate the Child Immunization report.

KidKare for Sponsors of Centers

UPDATED: (eForms) The Do You Have a Social Security Number slider on income eligibility forms now defaults to Yes.
FIXED: (eForms) Some income eligibility forms are populating the Total Income field with $0 when the parent has not indicated Zero Income.

KidKare for Sponsors of Homes

UPDATED: We have added a sponsor setting to KidKare to require income eligibility forms for provider's own children in Tier 1 homes. Providers who claim their own children must provide this information per federal regulations. For more information, see Update eForms Settings in KidKare.

KidKare for Sponsors of Centers

FIXED: (eForms) Income eligibility form and enrollment form expiration dates are are not adhering to Minute Menu CX policy F8b when it is set to 1 year from the signature date.
FIXED: (eForms) Income eligibility form expiration dates are mismatched between Minute Menu CX and KidKare, despite the selection made for Minute Menu CX policy F9. This policy determines how zero income expiration dates are calculated.

KidKare for Providers

FIXED: Providers are unable to add additional contacts to existing child records.
