Messaging (All Sponsors, All Centers, & Sponsored Providers)

UPDATED: We have enhanced the Messaging feature in KidKare. Sponsors, providers, all centers, and parents can now send messages through KidKare, view sent messages, review message reports, archive messages, manage contacts, and so on.

  • Sponsors can now send messages to their providers/sites via KidKare, as well as receive messages from providers/sites in return.
  • Center and provider users can include surveys to plan attendance, screen for COVID-19 symptoms, or gather any other information needed from parents. They can also attach and send menus for the week, month, or custom date range. Menus can also be sent to sponsors.
  • Parents can respond to surveys without having to log in to KidKare. They simply click the Answer Questions button in the email they receive to view and respond to surveys.
