Parent Missing "Make Payment" Button

After you set up ePay on your account, you can start having your parents pay their invoices online. Follow the instructions below to ensure the parents can view the "Make A Payment" button within their KidKare account. Note: Your parent must have an email associated with their account, or else the KidKare Account and ePay buttons will not be displayed.   

  1. Click Home>My Kids and select a child. 
  2. Locate the Primary Guardian section and click on Edit. 
  3. To allow them to pay online, three buttons must be selected:
    • Payer
    • KidKare User
    • Uses ePay
  4. Click Update.
