Print a Receipt

Once a payer makes a payment in-person, you can print the paid invoice as a receipt. 

Note: Payers who have a valid email address on file can also receive payment receipts via email. Simply check the Send Payment Receipt box when recording payments.

Printing Receipts When Recording Payment

  1. Record the payment as you normally would. See Record Invoice Payments for more information.
  2. Click Record Payment.
  3. When the invoice details open, click .

Printing Receipts for Past Payments

  1. From the menu to the left, click Accounting.
  2. Click Income.
  3. Enter your accounting PIN and click Go.
    Note: If you do not have an account PIN set, you are prompted to set one.
  4. Click the Status drop-down menu and select Paid.
  5. Click the Parents drop-down menu and select the parent requesting the receipt.
  6. Check the box next to the invoice to print.
