You can print a receipt for your parents in KidKare. The receipt is the same thing as a "paid" invoice - the paid invoice will show the receipt total, the payments received, and the balance of the receipt. Paid invoices will have a balance of zero.
To print a receipt for the parent, go to, Accounting > Invoices.
First, you must create an invoice if you haven't already. Click here to learn how to create an invoice.
Next, you'll need to mark the invoice as paid. Click here to learn how to record a payment for an invoice.
To print a receipt for payment, you can either go to the main invoices screen, place a check in the box (far left column) and hit the printer icon at the top of the screen OR tap on the invoice to view it and you'll see the printer icon at the top of that screen as well.
