With KidKare Accounting, you can do the following:
- Create Invoices and Track Payments: Create invoices (individual and recurring) and email them to parents, record payments, and record other income (for tax purposes).
- Track Business Expenses: Track business expenses, vehicles and mileage, calculate the Time/Space % of your home used for business, and record other hours worked when children are not present.
- Accept Payments from Parents Online: Parents can by with a debit/credit card or via ACH. All payments online are recorded automatically. For more information, see Receive Payments Using ePay.
- Print Accounting Reports: Print reports on all data you've entered throughout the year, as well as the Emergency Contact List report and the Birthday Calendar report.
