Create KidKare Accounts for Payers

Create KidKare accounts for payers to allow them to view their invoices online. If you are also approved for ePay, payers can pay their invoices online, as well as set up automatic payments for recurring invoices. When you create a KidKare account for a payer, they receive an email with a link allowing them to create their account. See Edit the Welcome Email to learn how you can customize this message.

Note: Payers must have an email address listed to have a KidKare account. See Designate Payers for Invoices for more information.

  1. From the My Participants page, select a a participant. The Participant Information page opens.
    Note: This page may be called something else according to your settings. For example, if you call your participants Kids, this page is called Kid Information. See Set Display Settings for more information.
  2. Click Edit in the Primary Guardian section. The Edit Information page opens.
  3. Click KidKare Account. A welcome email is sent to the payer.
