Create KidKare accounts for parents to allow them to view their invoices online. If you are also approved for ePay, parents can pay their invoices online, as well as set up automatic payments for recurring invoices. When you create a KidKare account for a parent, they receive an email with a link allowing them to create their account. See Edit the Welcome Email to learn how you can customize this message.
Note: A parent/guardian must be a Payer and have an email address listed to have a KidKare account. See Designate Payers for Invoices for more information.
- From the My Kids page, select a child. The Child Information page opens.
- Click Edit in the Primary Guardian section. The Edit Information page opens.
- Click KidKare Account. A welcome email is sent to the parent/guardian.
