Apple Devices
Note: You can only create shortcuts on Apple devices in the Safari browser.
- Open Safari on your Apple device.
- Navigate to app.kidkare.com.
- Locate the Share icon in the toolbar.
- iPads: Left side of the Search box at the top of the screen.
- iPhones: Bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Select Add to Home Screen. The Add to Home Screen dialog box displays.
- Type KidKare in the text box. Safari closes automatically and your device displays the new shortcut on the Home screen.
Android Devices
- Open a web browser on your Android device. You can use any web browser.
- Navigate to app.kidkare.com.
- Tap the Menu button in the top-left corner of the screen. This is typically a vertical set of three dots.
- Select Add to Home Screen. The Add to Home Screen dialog box opens.
- Type KidKare.
- Click Add.
- At the confirmation prompt, type Add. The shortcut is now available on your Home screen.
Windows Phones
Note: You can only create shortcuts on Windows Phones in Internet Explorer.
- Open Internet Explorer on your Windows phone.
- Navigate to app.kidkare.com.
- Tap the More button at the bottom of the screen. This is a set of three horizontal dots (...).
- Select Pin to Start.
- Type KidKare. The shortcut is now available on your Home screen.
Windows 8, 8.1, and RT
Note: You can only create shortcuts for Windows 8, 8.1, and RT on devices. You can also only do this in Internet Explorer.
- Open Internet Explorer on your device.
- Navigate to app.kidkare.com.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to pull up the App bar.
- Tap the Star icon and find the Pin icon.
- Type KidKare.
- Tap Pin to Start. The shortcut is now available on your Home screen.
