Depending on whether or not you participate in the CACFP (Food Program), you may or may not be able to reactivate (re-enroll) withdrawn children from KidKare.
Providers who Participate in the CACFP (Food Program) - Withdrawn children cannot be reactivated from KidKare. To reactivate (re-enroll) a withdrawn child, please contact your food program sponsor. Some sponsors may request that you print the withdrawn child's enrollment form, update the form using a pen (preferably with colored ink), and mail the enrollment form to the Sponsor for reactivation. Contact your sponsor to find out the procedure they want you to follow.
Providers who use KidKare independently and do NOT participate in the CACFP (Food Program)
- Find the child by filtering for withdrawn children. You can find instructions on filtering the My Kids page here.
- Once you have located the child under withdrawn children, select the child.
- Click the green button that says "Reactivate".
